Parent Portal Log In Information

The First Student bus schedule can be found here. As in the past, if parents do not see their specific address listed on the schedule they should consider the bus stop in the closest proximity to their home as “their bus stop”. If parents have specific questions or concerns for First Student, they can be reached at 352-2303.

Today is National Poem in Your Pocket Day! Share a poem with someone you meet! Spread the word that poetry rocks! All across our nation, people (even outside of school walls) are sharing their pocketed poems - why not join in?
7th and 8th Grade Band sectionals for today are as follows: Period 1 - Group 3, Period 2 - Group 4, Period 6 - Group 1, Period 7 - Group 2.
The Jonathan Daniels Peace Committee will be meeting from 2:20 - 3:30 on Thursday in the IMC.
Today through May 1 NJHS will be holding a book drive outside the cafe, IMC & Main Office. The books you donate will be given to children in need. When you donate you will have a chance to win a Toadstool gift cart.

Yearbook club meeting tomorrow at 2:45.
OCAC Ambassadors will meet every Wednesday after school from 2:30 - 3:15 during the month of May to plan activities for the June 5th grand opening. Please make every effort to attend. See Mrs. Stacey or Ms. Rafferty with any questions.
Magic the Gathering club will meet tomorrow after school in the IMC. Please wait in the cafeteria until 2:40 and you will be called to the IMC.
Attention ALL drama club students: there is no rehearsal today. Please make arrangements to go home at the end of the day. We will resume rehearsal on Friday, after the Talent Show Meeting.
There will be no PE open gym today, BUT there will make-ups available.
The travel roster for Saturday's relay meet has been posted outside the gym. Please check the roster carefully to see if you are attending.
Track Reminder: there is a home meet today at 4:00 and practice on Friday is a required practice for anyone traveling to the relay meet.
After the April vacation, KMS Students will take the Smarter Balanced Assessments in Mathematics and English Language Arts/Literacy. This assessment replaces the NECAP. Parents and students can go to the NH DOE Smarter Balanced Assessment Portal to access the practice and training tests and learn more. http://nh.portal.airast.org/students-and-families/

With busy student athletes, families will often grab food and beverages in transit to games or practices. Knowing whether sports drinks and energy drinks are appropriate for children can be confusing due to tricky marketing and media hype.
