Focused Communities of Learning

Students at each grade level are assigned to a "cluster" of approximately 115 students. Each cluster is taught by a "team" of teachers.

BUS INFORMATION

The First Student bus schedule can be found hereAs in the past, if parents do not see their specific address listed on the schedule they should consider the bus stop in the closest proximity to their home as “their bus stop”. If parents have specific questions or concerns for First Student, they can be reached at 352-2303.

Attention Parents

A Flu Shot Clinic has been scheduled at Keene Middle School for your child, if they have not received their flu shot for this 2014-2015 Season. It will be held on Thursday, December 18th. Your child will be bringing home a permission slip and more information but you can also download it by clicking here.  Your child will not receive a shot without parent permission.  Cheshire Medical Center/ Dartmouth Hitchcock Keene Pediatrics Department Nurses will be administering the vaccine.  This is NOT a school sponsored activity but if you have any questions, feel free to contact Jenny Audet, R.N. at 357-9020 x 5015.

7th and 8th Grade Band sectionals for today are as follows: Period 2- Group 30, Period 4 - Group 32, Period 6 - Group 31, Period 7 - Group 29. Make-up periods today are 1, 5, 6 and 7.
 

THERE IS NO OPEN GYM THIS AFTERNOON OR INTRAMURALS.   BUT... THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PE MAKEUPS...

 
Congratulations to the following homerooms - they don't have any overdue library books: HR 1403 (Mrs. Thayer) and HR 2109 (Mrs. Perry)!  The IMC hopes they enjoy their sweet reward for being the first homerooms with no overdue books.
 
Chorus students: The school assembly is tomorrow. Please wear your red shirt and black pants.
 
Yearbook Club will meet tomorrow at 2:45.  Please wait in the cafe for an adviser to bring you to the meeting.
 
The International Peace Day student committee will be starting again after the winter break.  Please contact Mrs. Shalit or Mrs. Stacey if you are interested in joining this group of community minded students.
 
Evolution Dance will meet Thursday from 2:30-3:45 in the wrestling room please be dressed and on time!
